Intervention planning and recovery coordination

  • Plans and leads interventions
  • Coordinates recovery frameworks and client reviews
  • Maintains referral relationships with treatment providers

Has led hundreds of interventions, with close protection (CPO) experience and tactical training.

Security Specialist

Frank Nolte

Scene safety and lawful field support

  • Owns scene safety and field risk during interventions
  • Coordinates lawful security support and emergency escalation
  • Maintains security compliance for all field work

Experienced interventionist with close protection (CPO) work and tactical training. PSIRA registered through FORCE.

Operations & Coordination Lead

Julian Schiebe

Operations, client records and transport

  • Runs confidential intake, assessment review and client records
  • Maintains ARC's coordination systems and technology
  • Coordinates transport logistics and participates in interventions

Oversees administration, technology and safe transport planning, and acts as designated company driver subject to valid licensing and insurance.
