ARC provides coordination, accountability, intervention planning and placement support. ARC is not a rehabilitation centre and does not replace qualified medical or mental-health treatment.
Scope, responsibilities, fees and escalation steps are documented and agreed before implementation. Clinical decisions remain with appropriately registered professionals.
ARC does not detain clients, force treatment, or claim powers it does not lawfully hold. Involuntary care can only proceed through the proper clinical and legal process.
